Podcast includes expert analysis of latest Property Investment trends

Property investment consultancy Knight Knox has launched a podcast for property investors.

Titled ‘The Knight Knox Podcast’, each episode will cover property market trends, investment strategies, and types of investment options, featuring conversations between specialists and expert guests on some of the industry’s most pressing topics.

It is the company’s first venture into podcasting, launched as part of its year-long 20th-anniversary celebrations which has so far raised £4,000 for charity, with the goal of £20,000 in total throughout the year.

Adam Bearman, Senior Property Consultant at Knight Knox, appears in episode one.

He says: “This podcast will allow Knight Knox to share our property investment expertise with a wider audience, hopefully helping more people make knowledgeable choices about investing in property and helping to foster a greater understanding of the world of options that exist when it comes to this market.

“Property investment is about so much more than private landlords. From the booming student property market to assisted living developments, there are lots of different ways to invest in property, and this podcast aims to shed light on some of the trends and insights in these areas,” he added.

Knight Knox Marketing Director Samantha Jones adds: “The launch of this podcast marks a pivotal moment in our 20-year journey, offering an engaging platform to share our insights on the ever-changing property market.

“We have two decades of expertise in property investment and have helped countless people invest in property during this period, so we are really pleased to be able to provide an informative platform for others to learn about the property market and demystify property investment for even more people.”
